Ingredients

4 people
  • 200 garborio rice
  • 1vegetable stock cube
  • Water as required
  • to taste Salt
  • 50 gsalted butter
  • 1 teaspoonoregano
  • 1small mozzarella circle
  • 2eggs
  • 4bread of breadcrumbs
  • Oil for frying

    Mix rice with butter in the pan and simmer for 2-3 mins then add the stock cube already mixed with 130ml of boiling water then let the rice cook for 30mins until the rice is soft and done but not too mushy.

    Then on the side cut the mozzarella into small pieces then mix with the rice add salt and oregano.

  3. 3

    Then beat 2 eggs in a bowl and make breadcrumbs from bread in the nutri ninja so they are fine, roll the rice into equal balls.

    Then dip into the egg and then the breadcrumbs and shallow fry in the oil till golden brown. You can enjoy with arriabatta sauce or just ketchup a great hit in my kitchen 🥰
