Ingredients

1low fat cottage cheese (blend first)
1/2 cupto 1 cup heavy cream
1/4Parmesan cheese
1 bunchfresh Basil
1/2onion diced
Pepper to taste (taste before salting due to Parmesan cheese being salty)

Blend the cottage cheese first then add other ingredients (maybe some chicken broth?) BEFORE adding heavy cream. DONT WHIP THE HEAVY CREAM.
