Mash Banana with fork and keep aside.

In a mixing bowl, sieve and mix dry ingredients like wheat flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon powder, salt and keep aside.

Grease cake mould, put butter paper, and keep aside. Put Oven or assembled Oven for preheating.

In the mixing bowl, add oil + curd and whisk well, add semolina + vanilla essence + sugar, and give a nice mix. Let it rest for 15 - 20 minutes as semolina needs to be soaked.

Now gradually start adding the dry mixture to the wet mixture and mix well by following the cut and fold method. We need a ribbon-like flowing consistency cake batter, if required add milk.
The cake batter is ready. - 6
Transfer to greased cake mould and tap it, top with cashews and pumpkin seeds.

It is ready to go to the oven. Bake for 30 - 35 minutes but check after 20 minutes, bake further for a few more minutes as per requirement.
Let it cool and then de mould. - 8
Cut into desired piece and serve.
