Mix instant coffee powder,, sugar and hot water with a spoon for 2 minutes.

Then using an electric beater, cream this mixture on low speed for 3 minutes.

Then cream it on high speed until soft peaks are formed.

Pour chilled milk in serving glasses(you can add some cream and condensed milk,if desired, for a creamier coffee).

Add in some ice cubes and the coffee creamer. Sprinkle some instant coffee on top for garnish.
