1 tbspLemon juice -
1 tspLemon zest -

Wash chop and deseed the papaya.

Take a blender add papaya pieces,sugar,lemon juice, lemon zest and ice and blend to make a smooth paste.

Garnish the glass with salt and pour the juice
Sprinkle some lemon zest and serve chilled
