Ingredients

  • 2 cupdry coconut grated
  • 2 cupsmakhana
  • 1/2 cupjagarry
  • 1/4 cupalmonds chopped
  • 1/4 cupcashews chopped
  • as neededGhee
  • 1/4 cupcranberries
  • 1/4 cupraisins
  • 3 piecesapricot chopped
  • 2 spoonkhuskhus
  • 1 spooncardmum powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Fry makhana in oil/ghee till crisp,make it into powder.

  2. 2

    Now fry almonds,cashews, raisins, apricot and coconut. Heat ghee /oil melt jagarry.

  3. 3

    Now mix jagarry, makhana powder, dry fruits, poppy seeds, cardmum powder and everything well.

  4. 4

    Shape in laddu and they are ready to serve.
