This is a no garlic , no onion recipe .Koftas in Punjabi Gravy are very popular .When we go to Punjabi Restaurants, at least we order 1 kofta dish , be it Hariyali Kofta, Vegetable Kofta or Malai Kofta .
Nowadays the trend of serving Farali Koftas is gaining popularity in Restaurants all over Mumbai . It is a very rich dish , full of dryfruits & paneer . I have tried to make it restaurant style . Do try making it .....Its yummy, different and will tickle your taste buds . I promise you , you'll enjoy it as much as I did !!!

For the koftas : Mix all the ingredients & make smooth dough. Make 4 balls from the dough.Keep aside.

Stuffing : Mix everything & make 4 equal size small balls. Keep aside.

Now take a potato-paneer ball, make a small puri by patting it with hands.Put 1 stuffing ball in the centre & fold it like a ball by bringing all the ends together, without any cracks, with the help of arrowroot. Make oval shaped balls.Make all the balls similarly. Deep fry them in hot oil. Keep aside.

Gravy : Blend boiled bottle gourd & cashews to smooth paste in mixer. Add salt, milk powder for smooth texture.Add sugar & milk & cook for 1 minute.

Assemble : Take hot gravy in a plate. Put koftas on the gravy. Put little hot gravy on each kofta. Put almond flakes & coriander on koftas to garnish. Serve immediately.
