Ingredients

3 servings
  1. 9drumettes Chicken wing drumettes
  2. 3eggs Boiled eggs
  3. 1 cloveGarlic (sliced)
  4. 1 tspGinger (grated)
  5. 120 ml☆Vinegar
  6. 3 tbsp☆Sugar
  7. 3 tbsp☆Soy sauce
  8. 3 tbsp☆Sake

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    In a deep pot or a deep frying pan, Add in all the [☆] ingredients and start to heat them. Once it starts to boil, add the garlic and ginger. Once it has a nice aroma it's time to add the drumettes.

    Once again, bring it to a boil, add the boiled eggs, and put the lid on. On low simmer until there's little liquid left.

    Put them on a plate and they are done!
