Add 2 canned spicy tuna with it's oil saute the shallot then add cooked or leftover white rice and mix well

Add Additional Sardine And It's Sauce (optional add on) then Season with 1 tbsp fish sauce and 1 tbsp sugar with white pepper mix well cooked till rice is piping hot and lightly crispy, enjoy with fresh kalamansjuice, cilantro and cherry tomato with some hienz ketchup
