Cooking Instructions
- 1
Put the soup ingredients in a pot and bring to a boil. Cook on low heat while preparing the other ingredients. This is enough for plenty of soup.
- 2
While the soup is boiling, cut the vegetables in half lengthwise, and then into 2 cm pieces. Cut the pork into bite-sizes.
- 3
Add oil to a large wok and cook the ground pork. Once it changes color, add Chinese cabbage and cook on high heat. It's important to preserve its crispness.
- 4
Boil the noodles to the desired firmness.
- 5
Add cabbage and pork to the soup, and bring to a boil.
- 6
Put the drained noodles in a bowl, then top with the soup and serve. I added fried chives served Kamukura-style.

Delicious Miso Ramen Delicious Miso Ramen
I love cooking, and I've always wondered if I could make soup on my own. Now I'm able to do so regularly. And it's even more delicious than any store-bought version!A generous amount of oil make things more delicious. In particular, I love the rendered fat from the meat when you stir fry it! But everything in moderation! In Step 5, if you rinse the noodles in cold water after you boiling them, they will firm up and become delicious! You can also drizzle ra-yu spicy chili sesame oil at the end!Top with finely chili threads, and it will be just like ramen at a shop.Store chopped green onions in a ziplock bag and freeze, and you can take them out and sprinkle them on things any time you want - it's convenient. Saika Ramen (A Knock-off Version of a Famous Restaurant's Ramen) Saika Ramen (A Knock-off Version of a Famous Restaurant's Ramen)
I love Saika ramen! But it's a long way to travel to eat it at Tenri's Restaurant. So, I researched it, and was able to reproduce something similar. My husband, who has been eating Saika ramen for years, approves of this.Among all my Saika ramen experiments to reproduce something identical, this is the one that I am most proud of!!Saika=garlic!!Adding in finely chopped and grated garlic really makes the garlic stand out. There is a lot of salt and garlic...If only I had red chili oil. Yokohama Sanma-men Using Store-Bought Ramen Yokohama Sanma-men Using Store-Bought Ramen
I learned about Sanma ramen after I moved to Yokohama. This ramen is famous enough that it is sold in convenience stores in Yokohama. It is a delicious ramen with lots of veggies and a thick sauce.Add lots of veggie scraps (definitely lots of bean sprouts). This time I used Chinese cabbage, bean sprouts, carrots, shiitake mushrooms, and green beans. Make sure to thicken the sauce well!! For 1 serving. Recipe by Setsubunhijiki cookpad.japan -
Delicious Tokushima-style Ramen You Can Make At Home Delicious Tokushima-style Ramen You Can Make At Home
The first time I used Weipa Chinese soup base paste was 2 years ago. I made soup with it to begin with, but it tastes just like ramen!!! Since then I've been making ramen at home all the time. I used to spend a lot of time making char siu pork (Chinese style roast pork), but when I went to Tokushima I was shocked! Instead of char siu, they put thinly sliced pork belly that's been cooked in a sweet-salty sauce on top of their ramen! It's delicious! You have to give this a try!Work through 3 things at the same time. Make sure the noodles don't get overcooked and limp! Bring 1 liter of water to a boil, turn off the heat, then add 200 ml of cold water and a cracked egg. Put on a lid and wait for 12 minutes to make a delicious soft-poached egg. For 4 servings. Nagoya-Style Super-Spicy Taiwan Ramen Nagoya-Style Super-Spicy Taiwan Ramen
After leaving Nagoya, I wanted to be able to experience the taste of Misen Ramen, so I looked into how to make it. Adjust the spiciness to your liking. For the ramen, I recommend uncooked fresh ramen with soup packets, but instant ramen is also fine. Soy sauce flavor is the standard, but miso and salt are also delicious. Try to time the preparation so that the noodles finish boiling right when the soup is done. For serving 2. Quick Yet Delicious Miso Ramen Quick Yet Delicious Miso Ramen
Since eating ramen out is so expensive, I figured that I could probably make something myself and gave it a go (cheapskate lol).I would say this tastes more like instant ramen than the 'real' stuff you get in ramen restaurants??If you're a fan of simple, delicious food without frills, this might be the dish for you.-If you fry the miso etc. in Step 1 over too high a heat it will sputter out of the pan, so be sure to cook it gently on medium.-The toppings photographed in Step 4 are 'Easy Chicken Ham', and 'Ise City Udon Tare'. Spicy and Delicious Taiwan Ramen Spicy and Delicious Taiwan Ramen
Back when I lived in Nagoya, I often ate this at the Kakuozan shops (Yukichan Ramen?). Ajisen is also delicious. If you cook the chives, you lose the crispy texture, so I recommend adding them last and just lightly mixing them in.For soy-flavored ramen, I think thick noodles work well.If you like spicy, try with more doubanjiang. Kyushu-Style Pan Fried Ramen with Lots of Vegetables Kyushu-Style Pan Fried Ramen with Lots of Vegetables
I learned this single-person meal recipe from my mother. It's a Kyushu speciality that you can make in one frying pan. The sauce is thickened by the noodles and mixes with the vegetables in a really tasty way.If you like crispy and firm noodles use 200 ml of water. If you like soft and crispy noodles use 300 ml. Adjust the amount of water to your taste.Paste-type soup base is rather salty, so add half of it first, and add more while tasting. For 1 serving. Recipe by Emiy cookpad.japan -
A Nagoya Speciality Misen-Style Taiwanese Ramen A Nagoya Speciality Misen-Style Taiwanese Ramen
I love Taiwanese ramen noodles. My husband and I used to go to Taiwanese ramen restaurants before our son was born, but it's hard to take our baby out to restaurants. Finally I tried to make my own. I've almost achieved the taste I was looking for after the second try. I can live without going to restaurants if I can eat this dish at home. The key is keeping the crispiness of the Chinese chives. They were almost raw at a restaurant. Recipe by Tomomidon cookpad.japan -
