Cooking Instructions

Mix together oil and spices in a small bowl

Use a sharp knife to cut slits across the chicken breasts without cutting all the way through, 5 - 6 slits per breast. Brush oil mixture onto the chicken, getting into the slits as well

Stuff each slit with a slice of mozzarella and tomato until all slices have been used
- 4
Air fry at 200C for 20 minutes
