Motichoor Laddu

Mix water and gramflour with a hand whisk. Make a batter of flowy and coating consistency. Let it rest for 10 mins.

Heat the ghee, fill the batter in a nozzled bottle or a pipping bag.

Pressing bottle gently from little height, drizzle batter in hot ghee. And let tiny droplets of batter drop into ghee to form tiny bundies,fry it.

Take sugar in a pan, add water and let it boil. No need to make strand. Just take a boil, add saffron milk and cardamom powder. Add fried bundies to it and cook with sugar syup till bundi is soft. Let it cool.

Add dryfruits, cardomom seeds mix nicely. Wet hands with water and make small laddus. Garnish with pistacho and almond flakes.
