Ingredients

2 servings
  1. 1 1/2serving glasses of chilled milk
  2. 4tbdp Rose syrup / Ruh Afza / Rasna (use less if NOT adding Watermelon)
    Rose syrup / Rasna shorbet syrup
  3. 1/2 glassRoughly Crushed ice
  4. 1/2 glassfinely cubed water melon chilled (if available)

  1. 1

    Combine ice cube, rose syrup and milk in a pot. Stir very well.

    Add half the amount of water melon pieces. Stir again.

    Take out the shorbet in the serving glasses. Garnish with the remaining Watermelon cubes. Serve immediately.
