First dry roast quinoa for 4-5 minutes on low flame. Make it cool and make powder. To make dough mix all the ingredients and make soft dough.

For stuffing mix all the ingredients, and stuffing is ready. Take 1 dogh ball roll small portion and stuff 2 tsp stuffing and fold and again roll slowly. On tawa roast with ghee on both sides.

Serve hot with tomato ketchup, green chutney.
