Take whole wheat flour add ghee rub mixture between your fingers till it asemble breadcrumbs.

Now pour little by little jarggery syrup knead semi form dough.
Now take a handful size dough don't dust with dry flour with help of rolling pin roll it thick flatbread

Now slightly make hole marks with back side of any pan / pencile make only one side.
Heat up plain tawa transfer flatbread carefully start to roast it on low flame

Flip reqular intermals until brown patches appear both sides.
Pour some oil when it roats.

Transfer them on kitchen towel or tissu paper.
It's ready.
