Cut two tomatoes and add to a blender, chop onions and make a paste which would be base as red sauce, slice two other tomatoes and set aside

In a pan heat butter and olive oil and add cumin seeds and chopped onion, cook covered on medium flame for 4 mins

Add chopped tomatoes and cook covered for 4-5 mins, add tomato paste which is the red sauce and add salt and pepper. Cook covered for 20-25 mins. In between keep checking

Make holes and break the eggs to poach. Cover to set the eggs

Add feta cheese and parsley.

Toast sourdough slices with olive oil and apply the Shakshuka on the toast. Enjoy 😊
