Steps
- 1
Peel,cut,wash and drain extra water,
Cut tomatoes and capsicum.
In a pan add oil, then add musterd,cumin Seeds for spluttering,then add hing and chilli powder.
Now add mixed vegetables and salt,
Add water and mix well,
Cover the lid and let it cook.
In bitwern stir the subji. - 2
After the 80% cooked subji, add tomato, capsicum,chilli, coriander and turmeric powder.
Lastly add Fresh coriander.mix well and cover again to cook completely. - 3
When Subji is ready,it looks like it is in dry form..
Now switch off the gas and let the subji rest for a while.
After that transfer the subji in a bowl.
Sprinkle coriander and serve.
