Boil the tomatoes, pepper, and garlic with salt in water.

Once boiled, transfer everything to a blender without the water, add a little salt, and blend. If the sauce is too thick, add a bit of water.

Heat oil in a skillet and add the tortilla triangles or tortilla chips. Pour in the beaten eggs and spread them over the tortillas.

Once the eggs are cooked, add the sauce.

Serve topped with some shredded cheese and sliced onion.
