Deep fry the baby potatoes halves. Keep aside.

Subji : Combien all the ingredients of the paste along with 1/2 cup of water in a pan & cook on medium flame for 3-4 minutes.Stir occasionally. Cool & blend in a mixer to a smooth paste. Keep aside.

How to proceed. :
Combien curds,corn flour & 1/2 cup water.Mix well using a whisk.Keep aside. - 4
Heat oil in a kadhai, add the paste & cook for 1-2 minutes, while stirring continuously.

Add curds- cornflour mixture, chilli powder & garam masala.Cook for a minute, stirring occasionally.

Add the fried potatoes & a little salt.Mix well. Cook for 2 minutes stirring occasionally. Garnish with chopped coriander & serve hot with parathas.
