  • 2 cupsMurmura - Puffed rice
  • 1 cupBombay mix namkeen - trail mix/snacks
  • 1Onion - chopped
  • 1 Tomato - chopped
  • 1potato boiled and chopped
  • Chutney -
  • Coriander / mint and Tamarind/ dates chutney (for an iron rich version)
  • Fresh cilantro leaves chopped
  • 1/2 tsplemon juice
  • Bhel masala
  • Salt to taste

  1. 1

    Add all ingredients in a bowl except salt and mix well.

    Add salt in the end just before you serve so that it remains crunchy.
