Crunchy Crispy Potato Kinpira

I was wondering if I could make something simple with potatoes.
If your children don't like spicy food you can omit the chili pepper.
I think half a chili pepper is about right.
You can add some ground meat if you like too. For 1 to 2 servings. Recipe by pomu:

Steps
- 1
Finely julienne the potato and put into a bowl of water. Drain, and dry well with paper towels.
- 2
Heat some sesame oil in a frying pan and stir fry the potato briefly (it should still be crunchy). Add the chili pepper and the ● ingredients. Stir fry to evaporate the moisture, and it's done.
- 3
Mix in some sesame seeds at the end.
