Ingredients

  • 200 gPaneer (cottage cheese), crumbled
  • 1small onion, finely chopped
  • 1small tomato, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cupbell peppers (red, green, or yellow), finely chopped
  • 1/2 cupcarrots, finely chopped
  • 1 tspginger-garlic paste
  • 1 tspcumin seeds
  • 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  • 1/2 tspred chili powder (adjust to your spice preference)
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tspoil (olive or canola oil for a healthier option)
  • Fresh coriander leaves for garnish

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat the oil in a non-stick pan on medium heat. Add cumin seeds and let them splutter.

    Add the chopped onions and sauté until they turn transluce

    Add the ginger-garlic paste and sauté for a minute until the raw smell disappears.

    Add the chopped tomatoes, bell peppers, carrots, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Cook until the tomatoes and vegetables become soft.

    Add the crumbled paneer and gently mix everything together. Cook for a few more minutes until the paneer is heated through.
