First of all for this recipe take clean leg Pieces of chicken. Then for marination take hungcurd in a bowl then add kasuri methi red chilli powder,Kashmiri red chilli powder, turmeric, garam masala,salt,lemon juice in it

Now add ginger garlic paste and mix it well now take a flat bowl and in that bowl take all chicken leg Pieces no married with our mixture

Properly coat it from all sides and keep for 30 minutes for afterwards take pan and add oil or ghee and on medium flame all pieces fry in that pan

Fry these pieces up to all water content soaked and our chicken pieces become nicely cooked serve hot with pudina chutney or any dip. As a starter we can serve it
