Marinate chicken with soy and flour.Leave for an hour.

Sautee ginger and garlic with oil,until aromatic.

Then add chicken cook until color changes.Add jade melon mix well.

Pout the fish sauce and add black pepper.Mix then add water.

Cover and simmer until cook.
