Ingredients

  • 2 cupwheat flour
  • 1/2 spoon salt
  • 2 spoon spoon oil
  • Water to knead
  • For stuffing
  • 3 cupspinach leaves finely chopped
  • 1 cupcrumbled paneer (homemade)
  • 2 spoon coriander leaves chopped
  • 1/2 spoon roasted jeera powder
  • 1 spoon ginger paste
  • 1 spoon green chilli paste
  • 1 spoon garam masala
  • 1 spoon kasuri methi
  • 1/4 cupoil
  • Pickle and curd for serving

Steps

  1. 1

    Knead soft dough with flour,salt,oil and water cover and keep it aside.

  2. 2

    To a bowl add chopped spinach leaves, crumbled paneer, coriander leaves,jeera powder,salt, green chilli, ginger paste and combine everything well.

  3. 3

    Now take a portion of the dough and roll it like a chapati spread the stuffing in the middle and fold the edges to give a square shape, roll it lightly.

  4. 4

    Heat tawa roast the paratha one side turn it apply oil and cook the other side, spinach paratha is ready to serve/ enjoy.
