Steps

Cut and wash lal saag.
- 2
Boil it with 1/2 tsp Salt for 5 minutes or in a pressure cooker for 1 whistle.

Heat oil in a pan and put chopped onion and red chilli.
- 4
Fry onion till golden brown in colour and add boiled saag in it.

Mix well and cook on high heat till water evaporate and bhaji becomes dry.

Serve hot with rice.
