3 tspinstant coffee powder
3 tspvanilla custard powder
2 cupmilk
3 tsphot water
2 tspsugar (as per taste)
5-6 dropVanilla essence

Take coffee in a cup, pour hot water in it and keep it aside.

Heat one and half cups of milk in a pan. Now add sugar to it and keep stirring. After the sugar melts, add the coffee mix kept aside and mix well.

Now mix the custard powder in half cup of cold milk and add it to the coffee. Shake well it now add vanilla essence and stir well.

Once it becomes very thick, take it out in a mold or in a greased bowl with ghee.After this mixture cools down, let it cool completely in the freezer.

After 2-3 hours take it out and remould it and sprinkle some coffee on it. Now serve it.
