Take 200 ml of milk, let the milk boil, take 3 tsp of cold milk and melt custard powder

Add the mixture slowly to milk

Cook till it gets thick, add 1 cup of sugar,cook it for 4 minutes

Take coffee powder, add lukewarm water and mix it well,add coffee mixture in to custard milk

To pan add 1 tsp ghee, add chopped almonds, add sugar stir till it dissolves, it becomes sticky, let it cool the caremal and nuts

Add caramal nuts to coffee custard,

Let it cool for 2 hours, serve it in a glass, garnish with caramal nuts,
