Wash and peel raw singhada.

Wash again to clean neatly.Cut into pieces length wise.

Heat a pan add oil, cummin seeds,chilli and singhada pieces.Chat masala, black salt, chilli powder.Saute.Mix. sprinkle some water and cover for five minutes.

Singhada chat is ready.Decorate with coriander leaves and accompanied with lemon.
