I wanted to make a simple chili shrimp, so to make sure I couldn't fail, I made it after I mixed the sauce .

Ingredients

  1. 250 gramsBoiled shrimp
  2. 1 pieceGinger (grated or from a tube)
  3. 1 cloveGarlic (grated or from a tube)
  4. 3 tbsp●Ketchup
  5. 1 tbsp●Soy sauce
  6. 3 tbsp●Mirin
  7. 1 tbsp●Sake
  8. 1/2 tsp●Chicken stock granules
  9. 1 tsp●Vinegar
  10. 6 tbsp●Water
  11. 1 dashKatakuriko slurry

Cooking Instructions

    Place the boiled shrimp in hot water to remove the odor.

    Mix all of the ● ingredients together.

  3. 3

    Add oil, ginger, and garlic to a pan, and turn on the heat.

  4. 4

    Saute the shrimp once the garlic and ginger have produced an aroma.

    Add the ● flavoring ingredients after sautéing the shrimp.

  6. 6

    Pour in the katakuriko slurry, and bring to a boil.

  7. 7

    Arrange onto a plate, and it is done.
