Roast Pork Sandwich

I had some leftover roast pork, so I made a sandwich.
Try roast beef or chicken too, not just roast pork! For 1 serving. Recipe by Tomomon1028

Steps
- 1
Shred the cabbage, and soak in cold water to crisp up. Toast the bread.
- 2
Spread mayonnaise on one of the toasted slices, and mustard on the other slice.
- 3
Put the drained and dried cabbage on the toast. Layer the pork on the cabbage, and the other slice of toast on top.
- 4
Leave for about 5 minutes to let the sandwich settle. Cut in half and it's done.
