Take all ingrediant

Cut boboo shoots and chopped onion and tomato

Take pan add oil in it when heated add chopped onion fry it and add mix masala,termaric powder,ginger garlic paste, salt in it fry it for 2 min and then add chopped tomato fry it up to tomato become soft.

Now add baboo shoots add cook for 10 min then add prawns in it fry it well,add tamarind juce,1/2 cup water and cook for 10 min. Make sure that Bamboo shoots are cook.

Add tamarind juce,1/2 cup water and cook for 20 min. Make sure that Bamboo shoots are cook.

Bamboo shoots prawns masala is ready to it served it with bhakari or rice.
