First before starting to make the preparation of better preheat cake teen for 10 minutes take one bowl add 1/3cup oil 1/3 cup 1/2 cup sugar powder mix well 30 to 40 second place a sieve own bowl 1.1/4 cup call purpose flour1/4 cup cocoa powder add 1tsp baking powder 1/2 baking soda 1pinch salt and very slowly ingredients remove any lumps mix it gently do not mix speedy otherwise cake will get hard.

Add 1/2 cup milk this is perfect consistency mix it well. Take heavy bottom pan add salt then place a stand or plate upside down grease cake with oil

Pour the better in the mold tap it place the mold carefully cover it pan is hot cook on low medium flame30 to 40 minutes check the cake with toothpick is very clean cake is ready turn off flame then cover with with cloth demold cake spongy cake is ready garnish it with dryfruits then serve it.
