Steps

Take green peas in mixer jar then add garlic cloves and Ginger. Then you add cumin seeds and coriander leaves also add two green chillies.grind it finally.

Transfer in bowl then add red chilli powder salt garam masala and gram flour in it. mix it well and little bit water. Take non stick pan and keep it on medium flame when pan is hot then spread your Greenpeas chila.

Server hot with pudina chutney or tomato sauce or any dip.
