Subji Carrot - Methi
Steps

Assemble all the ingredients. Wash, drain & cut methi. Cut carrots uniformly.

Take oil in a pan, splutter cumin seeds. Add onions, garlic, green chillies & ginger. Saute for 2 minutes.

Add methi & saute for 2-3 minutes. Add 1 cup water & chopped carrots, coriander powder, turmeric powder & salt. Cook, covered for 5-7 minutes or till carrots are tender.

Serve hot with Phulkas.
