2-3 servings
  • 500 gChopped Fresh Tomatoes
  • 1 tspChopped Yellow Scotch Bonnet
  • Palm Oil 1cksp
  • Vegetable Oil 1/2cksp
  • 1 tspCurry Powder
  • 1 tbsOnga Classic Seasoning Powder
  • 1/4 tspBlack Pepper Powder
  • 1/2 tspChicken Seasoning Powder
  • 1/2 tspMixed Spices
  • Diced Onions
  • Fried Fish

Steps

5-7mins
  1. 1

    Heat up oil,when hot add onions and pepper,stir fry on med heat 10secs

    Add tomatoes and others, stir fry on low /med heat for 3-5muns but taste to adjust with any ingredient of choice before it's done

  3. 3

    Add fried fish,stir in,cook for 1min

  4. 4

    Turn off heat

  5. 5

    Plate and enjoy with yam
