Alhamdulillah worked well to some points
esp tomato sauce need to cook well as to remove acidity taste/raw paste taste
But mayb if toastedthe bread would hav had better resultant OR.better ..use thicker /chunkier bread OR..
Mayb just reduce the chunk quantity of sauce in every slice so as instead of this for 5 slices make it for six
Hence about 3 tablespoon of sauce each slice
This us due to fact it was abit overwhelmed so was bit not sturdy enough
So choices again important..mayb use the lovely seeded bread or even chunkier version inshaallah or again different approaches may help.inshaallah
Another tip is make sure the veggies used later in timatoe sauce is thinly sliced chopped as far as you can get them smallest as too chunky will not work very well.

The veggies....preps and props
So chop slice chop and more chop,rince and drain. - 2
The 🍅 sauce. In the making/ preparing
Combine and stir,also chop cop with our sharp so that we get lovely thick tomato ready to cook thru - 3
Here we cook the veggies we start with the greens,in bit of oil stir fry,then add bit of salt,garlic

When softened,add the tomato sauce which you hav seasoned with (Please see the ingreds section and pic)*Please taste for salt remember you are going to add cheese also celery has bit of natural salt too

Then cook the tomatoes sauce.
It is better to add hit more oil so that help the cooking process as well very little out of water for same reason and to make good balanced paste consistancy - 6
Let the topping sauce cool (very important step), In the baking tray, Spread on your arranged bread slices and evenly spread then add Sprinkles of cheese.bake in top grill for until cheese totally melt and nice colour(*no need oven cause kind of we just browning)

You can add sweet corn,red onion,bell peppers,olives etc for you veggies
Just inshaallah hav a good balance and quantity layering as much how the bread you chose,will handle
