Ingredients

4 servings
  • 15-20fresh green chillies
  • 1/2lemon
  • 1 tablespoonmirchi pickle masala
  • 1 tablespoonoil
  • 1 pinchasafoetida
  • 1 pinchturmeric powder
  • Salt

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash and cut green chillies into small pieces.

  2. 2

    Add mirchi pickle masala and salt.Squzee lemon juice.

  3. 3

    In a small karahi heat one tablespoon oil.Add asafoetida and turmeric.Turn off the gas.

  4. 4

    After cooling add oil in mirchi pieces.Mix well.Our temporary mirchi pickle is ready to eat.
