Take spinach in a bunch and cut put in a bowl and boil for 2 minutes strain by using fine stainer in a mixture jar add 3cup water add chopped Ginger garlic black salt chopped tomato and grind and make Palak pulp

Heat a pan add 2 tbsp butter salt four mint leaves Ginger paste and add palak pulp1 tsp lemon juice boiled it for 3 minutes stair it well healthy testing spinach soup is ready transfer it to in a serving bowl decorate with cream and black pepper powder now healthy tasty soap is ready to drink enjoy!!!
