First of all, to make muthiya, take both the flour in a vessel and mix it with moin and spices, finely chopped fenugreek leaves and coriander. Take water as required and make a dough.

Now make small pieces of this kneaded flour and shape them into fists. Then heat oil in a pan and fry it on medium heat until golden. Then keep it aside.

Now put the oil in the cooker for frying. When the oil gets hot,corom seeds add it. Add asafoetida, tomatoes and red chillies to it and add a bowl of water. Then put all the three types of greens in the cooker.

Now let it boil for 1-2 minutes. Then put the fried muthiya and masala in it, add another bowl of water, cover the cooker and blow 2 whistles.

Once the cooker cools down, open and stir. Then use it for lunch or dinner with roti, paratha or Puri.
