1. Mash boiled potatoes in a mixing bowl. Add all dry masale ingredients, bread crumbs, chopped coriander leaves, lemon juice and mix well and make a dough.

2. Divide the dough in 4 equal parts and shape them round tikki.

3. Heat a griddle. Brush with cooking oil and put tikki on it and shallow fry till crispy golden brown colour from both sides.

4. Now cut the burger from the centre keeping its other edge joined and shallow fry till crispy from both sides.

5. Now place the grated cheese cube over 1 half of the burger, above it placed the prepared tikki.

6. Cover it with the upper portion of bun.

Serve hot with Tomato ketchup or green chutney.
