Potato vegetable kabab

Take one cup of leftover potato masala to make kabab. Add to a wide bowl or plate. Keep bread crumbs and maida ready.

In maida bowl add salt, pepper powder and little water,mix like a dosa batter consistency to dip the kababs.

Then add finely chopped onion, grated bottle gourd, carrot ginger garlic paste and all masala spices, transfer to a bowl mix well. Make uniform size of kababs.

Keep bread crumbs in a bowl, dip the kababs in maida batter and roll it in bread crumbs. Now potato vegetable mix is ready to make kababs.

Keep a tawa on medium heat,add some oil,drop the kababs, let it cook one side. Flip other side,cook till golden brown colour. Remove from heat, transfer to a serving plate.

Enjoy the super tasty and crispy leftover potato kababs. Serve with onion, and tomato ketchup.
