Pearl Millet (Pakore)

Take a bowl add pearl millet flour, salt and green chilli. Mix well. Add water and make a thick batter.

Add potatoes in the batter and mix well forming a moist mixture. Do not add more water.

Heat oil in a kadhai. Put the pakodas in hot oil one by one. Fry it on medium flame till golden brown. Keep flipping in between. When pakodas turn golden brown take it out in a plate. Pearl millet pakodas are ready to eat. Serve hot with green chutney and enjoy with tea.....😋😋
