Ingredients

15 minutes
2 serves /Breakfast
  • 1 bowlleftover Potato Subji
  • 1 cupwheat flour
  • 1/2 tspsalt
  • Required water to knead the dough
  • as neededOil to roast Paratha
  • 1 cupMasala Tea

Steps

15 minutes
  1. 1

    Take leftover Potato Subji in a bowl and mash it.
    Now add wheat flour and salt.
    Combine well and knead the dough if it's required water.

    Make Equal parts from the dough and start rolling paratha with the help of dry flour.
    Heat the tawa on medium flame and roast the paratha adding oil till brown marks appear.

  3. 3

    Put them in the cotton cloth.and make the rest of the Paratha.
    Now serve the paratha with the masala tea.
    It's so yummy..
    You can't eat just one..
    Enjoy your breakfast..☕👌👍🏻😋

    Note: Don't add any masala or oil, as Subji has enough masala and oil.
    I only have to add salt for the flour..
    That's it..!!👍🏻
