Take a bowl put corn, uraddal, greenmoong& chanadal wash & soak overnight.I and the morning in another bowl soak broken wheat.Take a mixture grienderjar put the soak all dal, ginger, green chilli, cuminseeds & little water.

To make a paste.Now add broken wheat & roughly griend.

Add to taste salt & water to make a dosa batter. Heat a dosa tawa greased oil put a laddleful batter spread it cook nicely.Flip it to cook nicely the other side.

Spread chop corrienderleaves, fold it & serve it with coconut chutney.
