Marinade the chicken for 4 to 6 hours. If prepped the day before leave out the lemon juice

Preheat oven to 190 degrees and put chicken covered in for 40 min.

Uncover and bake for another 30 minutes. Possibly with water on the pan below (not on the chicken)
