Ingredients

  • Marinade
  • 1.5Bell Pepper
  • 1Medium Onion
  • 7Garlic Cloves
  • 2 TeaspoonOregano
  • 1.5 TeaspoonDried Parsley
  • 1 TeaspoonPaprika
  • 2 TeaspoonSmoked Paprika
  • 1 TeaspoonBlack Pepper
  • 2.5 TeaspoonSalt
  • Optional 1 or 2 Thai Chili
  • 1 TablespoonApple Vinegar
  • 3 TablespoonOlive Oil
  • 2 TablespoonLemon Juice
  • Proteins
  • 1 KGChicken (Thighs Ideally)

Steps

1 hr 30 min
  1. 1

    Blend all ingredients of the marinade together.

  2. 2

    Marinade the chicken for 4 to 6 hours. If prepped the day before leave out the lemon juice

  3. 3

    Preheat oven to 190 degrees and put chicken covered in for 40 min.

  4. 4

    Uncover and bake for another 30 minutes. Possibly with water on the pan below (not on the chicken)
