  • 2500 mlwater
  • 6dried scallops
  • 4dried mushrooms
  • 1fish maw (cut into bite sizes)
  • 🥬 cabbage
  • Minced meats (500gsm)

Steps

  1. 1

    Boils water together with the scallops. Once water boils, small fire and boils for est 1hr

  2. 2

    Fry minced 🧄 and shallot add mushrooms to fry
    Add cabbage, fry till veggie soften

  3. 3

    Add the ingredients into the boiling soup

    Prepare meatballs. Fry and put aside

    Add the meatballs into the soup before serving
