  • 300 ghalf boil potatoes
  • 1/2 cupgarlic chutney
  • For batter
  • 1 bowlbesan
  • 2 tbsprice flour
  • Salt
  • Pinchhing
  • Pinchturmeric powder
  • 1/2 tspred chilli powder
  • 1/2 tspchat masala
  • 1/4 tspbaking powder
  • As required water
  • Oil for frying

    Mix all ingredients and with the help of water make better cut the boiled potatoes into thick slice spead garlic chutney on it.

    Cover it with the help of another potato slice. Dip it in better and fry it in hot oil. As soon as it turns brown take it out from the oil and Sprinkle chat masala.
