Gather ingredients

Bring water to a roaring boil. To the boiled water, add the peels, cinnamon, and ginger and reduce heat to medium. Let contents boil covered for 10 - 15 minutes

Add hibiscuses to the contents, stir, and leave covered to brew until cooled

Strain juice and refrigerate to chill. Garnish as preferred and serve
