Peel the baby onions & steam them. Grind dry powder of peanuts, poppy seeds & sesame seeds. Make green paste with green chilies, green garlic & ginger.

Take oil in a pan and saute dry masalas & powdered sesame & peanuts.

Add green paste & tomato puree. Cook till raw smell of tomatoes evaporates.Add 1 cup of water.Mix & cook on slow flame.

Add garam masala. Add boiled onions & cook for 5 minutes. If the gravy is thick, set the consistency accordingly. Switch off the flame. Serve Kathiyawadi Do Pyaaz in a bowl. Garnish with fried cashews & golden raisins.
